WHAT WE DO

Health Development and peace Initiative (GLOHEDEP) concrete vision and work aim at equipping the youth and connect communities around the work to create develop and implement varieties of projects that is capable of achieving a vision of the “best of both worlds” youth people are active agents and instruments of delivering development aids and achieving partnership goals. Our work and activities support:

v      Peace and ICTS for youth development and capacity building. We facilitate an environment conductive for highlighting the best practices and social enterprise plat forms on ICTS that helps the youth to close – in the gap create new Jobs that reduce joblessness and improve the economic and social fabric of communities.

v      Human Resource development and youth participation. Improving the quality of life of individuals advocating for youth participation and visibility in decision making processes on issues that best defers them with assured future un the society

v      Research and development. Develop and providing best practices and standards that addresses youth. Communities and civil society entities to effectively stashed a link between “Research and development” within the framework of the knowledge economy.

v      Volunteering. We recruit young people for service and community development and provide space for internship opportunities with organization in need. This program provide support for the youth to develop necessary leadership skill, project handling, development and work life that changes their world new.

v      HIV/AIDS and Health Development platforms. We make the best use of ICTS in furthering and tackling the challenges in the development fuel of HIV/AIDS with the view of creating an innovative and best practices approach, tolerant responsible young generation and communities that will facilitate and atmosphere of peace and healthy society. We work to achieve a framework that holds stakeholders accountable to take action that builds hope and sustainable future.

v      National, Regional and Global participation. We provide platforms for youth participation, Co-operation and networking beyond National boundaries that ensures sharing of resources, experiences on global health development issues, peace building and conflict transformation.    

v      Partnership program.  Our partnership program is package to enable us share our experiences with others and forge relationships that allows room for replication and transfer of knowledge that strengthen our capacity cat all levels of our program and activities from local National, sub-regional, regional and global platforms.

Pursuant to this mandate, Glohedep through its programs on research and development has development an on – going project on DIGITAL Technology in Taraba State Nigeria to significantly contribute to sustainable development that benefit the youth and communities in Taraba State Nigeria to in prove their living conditions. This project is a platform to achieve and strengthen capabilities of the youth to action inclusiveness, engage in the transfer of information and communication Technology (ICTS).  Achieve innovation on local condition development and community empowerment gender social inclusion.

v      I have a  vision of a world where youth people have right to decision making

v      I have a vision of a world that truly cares for cares for about peace and takes action for peace with the youth rather than talking about it.
